Sinus Relief

An alternative care treatment for relief from sinus discomfort is a hot ginger compress and sinus massage treatment.

A ginger broth is made by grating fresh ginger root. The grated ginger root is placed inside a spice bag that is then placed in a crock pot filled with water to stew for at least 30 minutes. The compresses are made by soaking face cloths in this ginger solution, wringing out and then applying over your sinuses. The combination of the heat and ginger helps to loosen any congestion.

Following the ginger compresses, a massage is done focusing on both the upper and lower sinuses.

These sessions can be scheduled for either 30 min ($35) or 60 min ($65) or you may choose to have it added onto to your massage session.
